Distributor Agreement means, that TISc (and partners) will
A) buy your product at favorable terms,
B) take responsibility for the full sales and distribution process, and
C) ensure traction on the target market for your company, your brand and your unique product(s).
Agent Agreement means, that TISc (and partners) will find clients for your product, but you are responsible for training, terms, delivery etc. TISc will be able to assist you in this matter, but it is your full responsibility. Our task is to find buyers who need your product and service, and we will get a commission from the contracts you make from our leads.
